What a great company to work with What a great company to work with. They have the best customer service and sales dept. They are a small business (family owned) and they gave me so much attention. Extremely responsive with their email replies. When i call them I speak to someone right away. They really gave me all the details and attention needed to make a purchase for my backyard playset. The products are great too. Build to last, the highest level of quality you can find in a playset. I was very much impressed with the entire process. They also install, so everything i needed, they supplied. It was such a great process. I also purchased the play-area too, and they installed the play-area and the playset all in one day and it came out great!

Bought the Williamsburg PlayPack #4 Bought the Williamsburg PlayPack #4. Was installed 2 weekends after MA shutdown. Could not have asked for anything better for my 2 daughters during this pandemic. Acton, MA Store Manager Richard Fagan has been extraordinary through the whole process. The playground is rock solid and the installer did a fantastic job in under 3 hours! We looked at other less expensive brands/levels but everything kept pointing back to the CP Premium Pine sets. So happy their installers/warehouse was deemed essential. Anyone with kids should have one of these during this crisis. Total lifesaver.

We love our new set! Excellent customer service Excellent customer service, sales people were very knowledgeable. Installation went smoothly and the installer did it in the cold winter months with some light snow on the ground. I thought he would have to reschedule I couldn’t believe it. He did the install quickly and carefully and was very courteous and left the yard spotless. My kids love this trampoline and I feel it is worth the cost to keep them safe and spending time outdoors. I highly recommend this product and purchasing it at Creative Playthings.

Fantastic play set!! From start to finish, this was a great experience! Our sales rep could not have been more helpful and courteous, the product came in a timely manner, and the installers did a fantastic job of installation in our yard. Our grand kids absolutely love the play set and we consider it the best investment in our yard that we have made in a very long time!
