Top notch customer service We bought a pinball machine for our house. This is the first and probably only pinball machine we will buy. The Pinball Company gave great advice about which machine would be most enjoyable over the years, and had candid observations about reliability. The machine arrived on time and the Pinball Company answered some basic set up questions. It was great to be able to call and quickly get a human during business hours. This was old-fashioned top notch customer service.

Excellent customer service will make us return! We first bought a used Pirates of the Caribbean from the Pinball Company. The poor game had several issues (not the Pinball Co. fault). The Pinball Company promptly sent out a tech and when components were going to take a long time to fix, they immediately offered us another unit if we did not want to wait...Avatar...new and out of the box. The owner told us it was a challenging game and we still love it even a few years later!! I thought we would have changed it out by now, but everyone still enjoys it! I doubt another company would have done as much to make our experience turn out as well as it did! Excellent customer service.

Geat customer service Great company, great customer service. They were there to answer all my calls and questions prior to the purchase. Item delivered early and in good shape. Set up was just as they described. Will be ordering additional items from them as I can expand my game room features.

The Pinball Company is great We purchased a pinball machine and an arcade machine. Both arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. The pinball machine ended up having a few issues - the owners put us in contact with a local person to fix the issues, free of cost, and it's been perfect ever since.
