GBI’m very satisfied with chair but… I’m very satisfied with chair but Customer support was very flustering to the point that I still have not been able to connect my ps 5 to the chair. I also bought the receiver and dac transmitter which are setting on a shelf now. Read all the support materials which didn’t work. Most the chairs were not even like mine where you hook things up. The lack of an option to speak to a real person was a rea issue for me. It’s sad I spent all this money and cannot fully enjoy what the chair is capable of. I hope someday I will. CABad service and warranty They didn't honor the garantee and it was like talking to a robot. I didn't felt listened.

GBOverall experience was good Overall experience was good. I received my chair in a few days as was stated. The chair was easy to assemble. The only issue I have is there is an extra added area of cushion on the seat that has a ridge of hard leather around the perimeter which ends up right at the upper portion of your rear and after sitting on that for a while it starts to hurt. Once again overall good experience, just would change the design a bit.

GBA+++ We purchased a bed through walmart and they never notified us it would be sent in two shipments which the first shipment was delivered to another address. X rocker saved us the time and hassle of going through walmart and filing a claim through FedEx. They did the research and completely helped us out. The customer service was A+++ and I know the kids will enjoy these awesome beds. Thank you so much!! You rock! 😁

GBSlow and Uncaring I tried putting a gaming chair together for my son's birthday on March 21st. I realized that a piece was missing and contacted X Rocker immediately to get a replacement piece. Supposedly the system was being updated so it was taking several days between each response I got from them. It is now April 16th, almost a whole month later and I still do not have the part that I have paid for. It says that on April 10th there was a label created but it has not been received by UPS. The customer service has been absolutely less than acceptable and the lack of speed is infuriating, when most items can arrive in 2 or 3 days. Complete lack of care, especially for a child's birthday gift that still can't be put together.
