GBSlow and Uncaring I tried putting a gaming chair together for my son's birthday on March 21st. I realized that a piece was missing and contacted X Rocker immediately to get a replacement piece. Supposedly the system was being updated so it was taking several days between each response I got from them. It is now April 16th, almost a whole month later and I still do not have the part that I have paid for. It says that on April 10th there was a label created but it has not been received by UPS. The customer service has been absolutely less than acceptable and the lack of speed is infuriating, when most items can arrive in 2 or 3 days. Complete lack of care, especially for a child's birthday gift that still can't be put together.

GBGreat customer service Great customer service! Quick responses and extremely courteous. We truly felt our needs were the most important. We had a defective item and within a day we were responded to and with in three a replacement item shipped out. Will definitely buy from company again.

CABad service and warranty They didn't honor the garantee and it was like talking to a robot. I didn't felt listened.

GBThe order took two days longer than… The order took two days longer than originally stated but it showed up on Valentine's Day for my Grandson so it was okay. The chair is a lot lower than I envisioned, so my next purchase will have to be a pedestal seat. Also, I noticed the price went down by $20 right after I purchased it, so I will do better shopping and timing next time. Thank you.
