Scam. Granted me a bonus that I didn't even want or ask for, then because I did what they don't want their customers to do, win, they refused to allow me to withdraw my £1000 winnings. This was despite me meeting the wagering demands of the bonus. Their reasoning was that betting on mainly red or black is somehow 'minimal risk' betting, even though the odds of you winning are slightly less than half. Waste of time, would never give this scam of a company the time of day again and will advise everyone against ever using them.

Scam! Won over £3000 went to withdraw only to be sent an email a couple of days later saying basically that they won't pay me out as I had accepted a bonus and was using a low risk strategy! Spoke to customer service and their attitude was a disgrace, AVOID THIS SITE!

Got robbed right in front of my eyes!!! I made a bet which was successfully confirmed, had good internet connection - the works. Luckily for me the bet came in and I should have won £750. Once the result came in the system had a glinch removed my higher bet and only paid out £51 to my horror I called immediately and the customer service is disgusting!!! The woman is rude, unhelpful and useless at her role. I spoke with the manager and he claims there is nothing that can be done - not even out of courtesy! I am appauled!
