Horrible customer service Several months ago my account was restricted without any reason given. I have sent at least 50 emails and have not received any response. I have tried to call the number listed and no one has ever answered it and there is no voicemail. This is not the first time I've been restricted without any explanation. I am sure I've spent thousands of dollars at the casino, what a horrible way to treat your customers.

I got a second email from support that I had emailed later and that rep gave me additional options to redeem cash!
