GBI'm highly disappointed in high 5… I'm highly disappointed in high 5 casino... first off I'm a huge fan of the platform but I noticed that the game was not paying on paylines it was supposed to... I took screenshots and provided all the info they requested.. unfortunately they began telling me false info, called me a liar and pretty much blackballed me... this ordeal has been going on for 3 months and haven't received a word back for well over a month.. they know I am not wrong and that they are cheating... this is the start of me hitting all social platforms telling all to beware.. I've put well over 25k into H5C and to be treated this way is totally unacceptable and I want arbitration which they are not providing. I have all emails and screenshots as evidence... so H5C, correct this or I'm taking legal action

GBCancelled my winnings after saying account was properly adjusted and the matter was considered closed I spent $1938 buying diamonds and won $20,000 and then gambled that and won $99,000. I cashed out $5-6,000 and the they restricted my account and said there was a glitch in their boost store. They emailed me and said they did an adjustment of -$30,479.28 and that my account had been adjusted properly and that the matter was considered closed. Then I was given access to my account again and I submitted 3 more redemption requests. I already had 3 pending. In total I had 6 requests for $10,000 each totaling $60,000. And 2 days later on April 26th they cancelled all my requests with no explanation. And they had already notified me that my account had been adjusted properly and that the matter was consider closed leaving the remaining balance to be settled. So they took my winnings of $60,000 with no explanation and wrongfully

GBLong Time Member Recently Frustrated, Player ID: Buggin5978.....So I have played this casino gaming experience style app for a VERY long time 5+ years but lost my original account when I lost access to my first Facebook( Ahhh the luxury of speaking to an actual customer service representative has gone the way of the wind). That being said the variety of games have always been very immersive and the game play itself has a nice variety with a truly diverse group of games. The payouts have always been alright but since very recently starting to take a shot at Sweepstakes it seems like the games tightened up like a lock on the elements.
