5 Stars so far High 5 casino has the most slot games I have ever seen at an online casino, and I have played at 100s. So much variety, all highest RTP settings from what I can tell. Only downside would be it's a bit difficult to navigate all of the games, would be nice to sort it by provider but I could not find that anywhere. Regardless, they have all my favorite games. I got verified quite easily, which was a giant relief. Awaiting a small redemption of $500 to test out the withdrawal process. It linked up to my bank fine, website told me after I submitted the withdrawal it was "awaiting approval", but otherwise a seamless experience here. If withdrawal goes through this will be near the top if not the best social casino I have played at. Great selection of games for sure!

They don't pay when you win They don't pay when you win. I won 4,500 SC and a week later still have nothing. Gave them enough information to get a mortgage to "verify" me but still no communication or anything. I play on FanDuel and draft kings with no problem at all with withdrawals but for some reason they need massive amounts of personal information and still don't pay. You can't contact them outside email. No phone number or live chat. Just email that goes unanswered. Pretty sure it's a scam to steal your identity at this point.

This is the second time I have had an issue with a game or being compensated for something and had to wait days for a reply to my inquiry and when I do finally get a response its for something that has nothing to do with my inquiry .. I had an issue with a game freezing and crashing I want to be compensated or I want my spins !! It's that simple train your agents because they don't even take the time to read peoples emails like at all ! And then I bought coins today and lost on that too so im even more PO'd .. wont get nomore from me u told myself that before but no this was the icing on the cake you guys will dig a hole into someone's pocket but not even try to give back how you give free spins and tgeb then game crashes and freezes !!

Long Time Member Recently Frustrated, Player ID: Buggin5978.....So I have played this casino gaming experience style app for a VERY long time 5+ years but lost my original account when I lost access to my first Facebook( Ahhh the luxury of speaking to an actual customer service representative has gone the way of the wind). That being said the variety of games have always been very immersive and the game play itself has a nice variety with a truly diverse group of games. The payouts have always been alright but since very recently starting to take a shot at Sweepstakes it seems like the games tightened up like a lock on the elements. Not a bad platform Not a bad platform, I just hate that it's such a pain getting to the sweeps play site. It's nearly impossible not to get reverted to the club site, which is useless. I've reported the issue and followed the instructions support gave me and still no luck.
