GBRip off! I was directed to Ticketnetwork after searching for Pixies tickets where I thought I was on the Live Nation site. My mistake. I ended up purchasing 3 general admission tickets for $69.00 apiece, which is $29.50 above face value, plus a fee increasing the total to $74.00 for each ticket. What I didn’t know until I checked my bank statement is that Ticketnetwork also charged me another $78.77 for a service fee. In the end, each advertised $69.00 ticket cost me $100.26. Outrageous! I will never use Ticketnetwork again.

GBI have to say I'm very concerned about… I have to say I'm very concerned about the concert tickets I just ordered for April after reading reviews. I clicked on a link for Ticket Master and was taken to Ticket Network without being aware. I hope that this will all go well, but my additional concern is there is no customer service number on the website.

GBSelling tickets they don’t have We bought tickets for a golf tournament a few weeks before. The electronic tickets were guaranteed to arrive by the Thursday before. On Friday (day before event) they told us they didn’t have our tickets, when there were still other identical Grounds Passes still listed on the website. Would only refund us. Absolute scam, they sold us tickets the didn’t have. Avoid this site

GBHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - STAY AWAY!!! I placed an order and next morning found out I needed to cancel the pending purchase for an event in May. Third attempt on calling and the phone line disconnected while waiting for a live person. The customer service email answer said they NEVER accept cancellation requests. Stay away from this horrible rip-off company.

GBDO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I spent $650 on tickets to see Hardy. Hardy canceled and they refused to refund our money....they sent us a ticket credit which was no good because the concerts were over and my brother is now gone. They say 100% money back guarantee but now we are tied up in legal matters with the Better Business Bureau. They also don't use domestic phone support either and their support are as good as theives. If you'll notice in the reply THESE CROOKS told me to resell the tickets, the artist canceled, I just want my money back, I've already talked with them and they refuse to help so don't let them make you think they care because they don't, I literally just called them and got the same story again. Dummys. They sent my money to a credit with their website to buy more tickets and then it says they got used for a concert that I wasn't even in town for, I just want my money back, when a man spends his hard earned money on something like this and the artist cancels then the man should get his money back, I got completely scammed here and your phone rep told me tough luck.....I may not be a huge corporation but I served this country and people who do have value in this society will know not to ever do business with this company, if they make it right I'll let everyone know.
