GBComplete scam. Didn't get what I paid for I purchased "VIP rows 1-8" for a concert in Spokane. We ended up in general admission behind the VIP section. I was charged $150 per ticket and ended up getting $35 tickets. They took zero responsibility and said "we are only a website that lets people sell their tickets". Unexceptable and do not fall for their scam! Buy tickets elsewhere.

GBJeff Dunham ticket made good I ordered my Jeff Dunham tickets October 2019, (order # 32043931) ($195.15) due to Covid-19 the show date was changed 3 times and finally was scheduled in Nov. 2021. Before the show I requested a copy of my tickets with no luck. The show came and went, so I contacted TicketNetwork customer service and explained the situation that was not able to get the updated tickets and I was requesting a refund. There answer was "Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or refund your order because per our terms and conditions state, all sales are final." A update 2 weeks later, full refund, thank you for understanding.

GBDO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I spent $650 on tickets to see Hardy. Hardy canceled and they refused to refund our money....they sent us a ticket credit which was no good because the concerts were over and my brother is now gone. They say 100% money back guarantee but now we are tied up in legal matters with the Better Business Bureau. They also don't use domestic phone support either and their support are as good as theives. If you'll notice in the reply THESE CROOKS told me to resell the tickets, the artist canceled, I just want my money back, I've already talked with them and they refuse to help so don't let them make you think they care because they don't, I literally just called them and got the same story again. Dummys. They sent my money to a credit with their website to buy more tickets and then it says they got used for a concert that I wasn't even in town for, I just want my money back, when a man spends his hard earned money on something like this and the artist cancels then the man should get his money back, I got completely scammed here and your phone rep told me tough luck.....I may not be a huge corporation but I served this country and people who do have value in this society will know not to ever do business with this company, if they make it right I'll let everyone know.

GBI did not get the seats that I… I did not get the seats that I requested.Make sure you read all the fine print! They can change your seats to an “upgrade” which is on the opposite side of the stage. They decide what is an upgrade! I am not even sure I will get the seats when I get in. They guarantee you will get in…but where? Then try to sell the tickets and you won’t even get 1/2 of what you paid, Other vendors are much more up front and honest! Buyer be ware!

CAI ordered and paid for grandstand… I ordered and paid for grandstand tickets for Montreal grand prix, however I received grandstand 32 instead. Without contacting me they send me the downgraded tickets, and offering a 50% discount. Hotel rooms are paid for, trip planned etc. The weekend is costing me $3000, and they offering me $60 bucks vs an experience of a life time. It is absolutely unacceptable. Update. They returned my money. However the tickets I bought are still for sale for $130 per ticket more.
