In doing so, rep Bryan would not understand my problem asking several times was I trying to purchase something. Per Bryan, Supervisors are in a meeting. They refuse to properly account my transaction as hotel/lodging, rather than merchandise. Therefore I am losing points on my Capitalone Credit Card. Both refuse to correct their wrong as said in the last review. Beneplace - code transactions properly and stop lazy, misguided accounting practices.

Hotel Booking- Additional Resort Fee I purchased the tickets today and after we purchased we got the messages that an additional resort fee of ~ $50 will be added to the room rate /day (Total of $150). This happened after the purchase was done. I called customer service and they told us it's non refundable. I would never use this again.
