Hotel Booking- Additional Resort Fee I purchased the tickets today and after we purchased we got the messages that an additional resort fee of ~ $50 will be added to the room rate /day (Total of $150). This happened after the purchase was done. I called customer service and they told us it's non refundable. I would never use this again.

I was hesitant, but it installed so easily I was hesitant to buy the software, but this was a much easier experience than I thought it would be. Everything was broken down step by step and I received my code in exactly 24 hours like I was informed of. I am very happy and everything installed easily. When I arrived to receive the rental… When I arrived to receive the rental car I was told that I did not have a reservation and there were no vehicles available.

I have reward program accounts with numerous resorts in LV, AZ, CA and yet Boeing BENEPLACE still continues to amaze me. They offer rooms not available to the public and at highest discount rate possible. You can cancel, re-book, etc. Customer service is stellar! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

no discount applied at checkout, not much of a benefit. When opening the tab to buy concert tickets, a popup window told me to enter a code "THANKYOU10" at checkout to receive 10% off. At checkout I entered the code, and it would not apply the discount, saying it was not an active code.
