GBI was hesitant, but it installed so easily I was hesitant to buy the software, but this was a much easier experience than I thought it would be. Everything was broken down step by step and I received my code in exactly 24 hours like I was informed of. I am very happy and everything installed easily. GBGood prices--but needs more build. The site has good discounts and selection for international travel. However, it didn't have the filter or sorting, comparable capability as in other booking sites such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc. I wish it had that. The site is also glitchy. Its slow and will cut off in the middle of selection even though my connection is stable. And does it have to remain attached to the HR site of my work all the time? Because the HR access cuts off after a while for security.

GBEmail recognition problems it took me at least a dozen tries to get the system to recognize any of my email addresses in order to complete my order for a rental car. I almost gave up, but the pricing was too good. it would only recognize my g-mail. thankfully I already had one. Comcast emails are not recognized, nor are yahoo ones or my private business or my KP address. This was beyond frustrating.

GBHotel Booking- Additional Resort Fee I purchased the tickets today and after we purchased we got the messages that an additional resort fee of ~ $50 will be added to the room rate /day (Total of $150). This happened after the purchase was done. I called customer service and they told us it's non refundable. I would never use this again.

CAPrice is not the same The price which I booked here is the displayed the same in enterprise and they are not giving for the same price. They are charging their own price. It's not useful booking from Beneplace.
