GBHad a Baroness concert I was going to… Had a Baroness concert I was going to back in May 2020 however due to COVID it was canceled. They gave me 120% of the ticket cost back to me as a credit and am now utilizing it for another concert. I'm very happy about that.

GBSCAMed - Double the Price Complete Scam, realized after I purchased the tickets that they are selling the tickets at almost double the price as TicketMaster. I paid $390 for two tickets to an event through TicketOffices.org, on Ticketmaster the same tickets out the door were nearly half the price. Of course, all sales are final and there is nothing I can do. This business should be illegal, and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage /scamming people for doing zero work.

GBGreat/Big problem Had no problem receiving one set of tickets. Tickets in mobile account within minutes. Other ticket major problem unable to download ticket. Live chat no help. Only because had problem before did i know that I could pickup ticket at box office

CAWould give them a zero but that's not… Happy to report that we got our refund on Friday. Not sure who to thank as a number of organizations were involved. Went to our BMO Mastercard, Facebook and Trustpilot so thank-you. Would give them a zero but that's not an option. DO NOT BOOK TICKETS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION!! No response calling them, emailing or using their "chat". Concert was to be held in March 2020, rescheduled three times and now "postponed". We want our money back!!!!!! No response ever on their end!!

GBExcellent customer support Received full credit for pandemic related cancellation of an event. Followed up two years later to apply the credit towards another event. Support person ( Menchie T.) was very patient and helpful getting us our choice tickets with minimal wait and no hold time. This surpassed expectations. Thank you.
