SCAMed - Double the Price Complete Scam, realized after I purchased the tickets that they are selling the tickets at almost double the price as TicketMaster. I paid $390 for two tickets to an event through TicketOffices.org, on Ticketmaster the same tickets out the door were nearly half the price. Of course, all sales are final and there is nothing I can do. This business should be illegal, and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage /scamming people for doing zero work.

Great customer service She was great , very helpful, I was worried about my refund from BTS concert cancellation, she made it easy and was able to get another venue, thank you so much. Keep up the great work.

ALSO, IF YOU TRY TO EMAIL CUSTOMER SUPPORT, ITS LIKE EMAILING NO ONE BECAUSE NO MATTER THE ISSUES, ITS ALWAYS THE SAME REPLY. SMH >:( HOPEFULLY THIS TIME AROUND, IT WILL BE BETTER.

My only complaint is the exorbitant service charge Purchasing the ticket through Ticketoffices.com was professional and convienent. My only complaint is the exorbitant service charge to process this ticket purchase. And then, on top of this service charge, there is a ticket protection fee. What's next? A good humor fee?

Me VS. Technology they owed me money for a cancelled show(COVID!!!) I was able to apply it towards tickets for another show, they were very helpful. Site was easy to navigate, which is good because i'm old and not very tech savvy. Very pleased with the entire transaction, 2 thumbs up!
