I am still waiting for my Bruce… I am still waiting for my Bruce Springsteen tickets for Thursday6 July. Emailed twice but just received a reply to follow the link that isn’t allowing me to download the tickets. Getting worried 3 July: without ANY communication from Lyte I had an email from AXS regarding my Bruce Springsteen tickets. All now downloaded. The lack communication from Lyte was disappointing to say the least and stressful. Had I been scammed. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Gulf Coast Jam I'm a First Responder and was looking forward to attending the Gulf Coast Jam. I wasn't sure if I could purchase a ticket for my Husband & Mother for the First Responder discount. When I inquired about it there were three tickets available. When I finally received an answer the tickets were no longer available. Now I'm on a waiting list and haven't heard anything yet.

Customer service After discovering an issue with resale tickets, Jazz certainly stayed on top if it and kept me informed! Today I got her email that everything is taken care of! She was amazing and I’m sure the staff must be as well!
