Easy and Convenient I was very happy to receive advance notice about tickets going on sale for an artist I'm interested in. It made it a lot easier than having to constantly be checking the artist's website or what was happening in local venues. They also made it easy to sign up to be on the Artist Presale list. I suspect I'll go see more music as a result and not just regret having not gone when I find out too late that I missed out on tickets.

Bands Announce Sooner on Seated Bands Announce Sooner on Seated This is a brand new company (to the SLC scene at least) and looks like a lot of bands are announcing here sooner than bandsintown. They also have a cool "auto buy" feature for presales. It's a little weird because it doesn't guarantee it'll buy it for you, if you sign up for auto-buy too late it'll let you know about an hour before pre-sale that you didn't get tickets. So it doesn't auto-buy all the presale if you forgot to sign up in time, but it did auto-buy my tickets which was cool. Seems like a relatively fair way to do it. Anyways, great company that stays well informed on upcoming events and is easy to work with.

Great company Great company! Always keeps me informed and up to date on my concert picks. I’ve seen more than a few shows so far because of Seated and their reminders.

Thanks to their text notifications, I got early tickets! I got a text notification about my favorite band headlining a festival this fall in my state and i got tickets purchased within minutes. If I wasn’t signed up for texts from Seated, I honestly wouldn’t have known in time to get any. And this is a huge deal because this band literally never comes here so I’m pretty excited!

Best customer service! Best customer service! Seriously am amazed at how great their customer service is. I've been buying tickets through them a lot over the last year and any time there is an issue, they always make an effort to resolve it as quickly as possible with the customers best interest. They always pick up the phone, are super friendly, and make every effort to make sure the customer is happy. Love seated and hope all the bands i see use them in the future!
