Like having Your Own Ticket Agent Signed up for notifications after a recent Mandolin Orange tour date search. A few weeks later got an e-mail alert for a show near me and got tickets before it sold out. Its great when something works exactly as planned!

Great Great, easy way to be notified about concerts in my area! One of the few apps that I would allow to send me stuff via SMS, never got anything I did not sign up for.

Easy and Convenient I was very happy to receive advance notice about tickets going on sale for an artist I'm interested in. It made it a lot easier than having to constantly be checking the artist's website or what was happening in local venues. They also made it easy to sign up to be on the Artist Presale list. I suspect I'll go see more music as a result and not just regret having not gone when I find out too late that I missed out on tickets.

Beat the bots! The last time Rachel Bloom came to Chicago, bots snapped up the tickets within minutes when they went on sale. I'm a huge fan, and it was disappointing to say the least. This time around, I found Seated through Ticketfly and reached out to them about getting presale tickets as a real human being. They responded quickly and were extremely helpful. I'm thrilled to have two tickets to see one of my favorite performers live and in-person. Thanks again!

If I could give them no stars I would… If I could give them no stars I would certainly would. When ordering my tickets (on the artists webpage I might add) I didn’t even notice that I was just pre-ordering tickets and not actually ordering tickets. Now I’m in a merry-go round with this useless company because they never sent me my tickets (I’ve been in contact with them for a little over a week - the event is tomorrow) and they won’t issue a refund and instead tell me to try the box office and if they’re not there then I guess it’s tough luck. They don’t offer helpful customer service just more scammers to tell you they can’t do anything. If they couldn’t do anything in the first why make this company????????
