25% fee. Please I get the fact that you have to charge a fee on top of the other platforms but it wasn't that clear when signing up. The commission transparency isn't good enough and could be better. I think the service could be great and serves a need as the event gets closer but please keep improving communications so casual sellers can make good decisions.

They have an easy to use platform that allows me to list and unlist games. Their customer service is top notch, and are just honest people. I can pretty much guarantee that you're missing out if you choose to use another ticket broker.

Been a long time season ticket holder… Been a long time season ticket holder with the 49ers, and been frustrated with StubHub for just as long. Happy to stumble across TiqAssist, their interface for loading your seats and listing games are so much easier than the competition. I’m happy with the resale value of my seats and think they pay for the slightly higher commission with better sale prices than I could get on my own, and it’s so much easier than managing myself 10/10 would recommend TiqAssist
