GBGood product but not producing results The service is good and the app is easy to use but the commissions are killing any hope of profit. I can’t see continuing as a customer as the commisssion fees are not being covered by any increase in sales price. I was hoping that your system would find the highest dollar value but I have had more success selling myself.

GBI have been working with Mandi from TiqAssist… I have been working with TiqAssist since last season and they have been awesome. I am really big on communication and they are always prompt and I can reach them via email or via text message! It's super convenient. Also, they were upfront in telling me that they do not cater to luxury tickets completely yet so they cannot guarantee the sales but so far all every time I list, I've sold them. I'm happy so far!

GBBottom line: I recommend using TiqAssist TiqAssist is a reliable service. Most favorite things: 1.They guarantee tickets listed will be sold. For two seasons they've met the guarantee. 2. Payment is always received as promised. 3. The company continues to grow & add new services. Least favorite thing (hence the 4 instead of 5 stars): TiqAssist commission is approx 20% per ticket. I'm already paying a listing fee with seller sites (ie: ticketmaster 10%). In total, for every ticket sold, the commission paid is 30%. IMO, the commission paid to TiqAssist is too high at 20%. Bottom line: I will continue to use TiqAssist & I would highly recommend their services.

GBDecent service but you still have to watch yourself Its a Decent service. But do not like the fact they advertise what they could sell the ticket at and you agree to that but a few hours down the line to next day they end up selling the ticket at hundreds less. This isn't a list and they take care of it deal. They guarantee a sale but at times it's at way less than market value to get the sale. There were plenty of times I needed to delist because they were listing 150+ Below market. For example if seats in the area are listed at 500, they will list at 200. I delisted a few times and just went to sell my own ticket on stubhub or ticketmaster at 450. It's good if you just want to guarantee a sale no matter what. But as it gets closer to game time to get that guarantee sale they really drop the prices. Sometimes it's better to put in the work to list yourself to make a couple hundred more when they start dumping the price.to make.sure a tixket sells, especially after the commission fees they charge.

GBTerrific customer service Terrific customer service. Real people, not robots. So much easier than trying to post my tickets individually. I actually make more money using TiqAssist than I did posting them myself. Even with the extra fees.
