GBFat Ham Alliance Theater I have used Goldstar many times over the years. This is the first time I had a bad experience with what must have been a clitch in communication between Goldstar and Atlanta's Alliance Theater. When I arrived (30 minutes before performance), I gave the box office my confirmation number. I was told Alliance had no records of any Goldstar tickets for the evening performance. I had 4 tickets. There were two other patrons who were told the same thing. As a result, I had to wait until the box office confirmed that it had no shows or other tickets that were not being used before I was given the four tickets I purchased through Goldstar. In that this show was open seating, I was very concerned about finding four seats together. Fortunately, I was able to find four adjoining seats. I don't know the mechanics of the communication between Goldstar and the venues of events tickets to which are sold on Goldstar; but obviously it did not work in this instance.

GBIt is definitely a Prize Pulitzer play… It is definitely a Prize Pulitzer play because Fat Ham was properly directed, produced, and so on. The stage was perfect with all the details from many years ago in the country. I love it to the point that I saw it twice.

MJ Show
GBMJ Live needs more of everything I love the musical history of Michael Jackson. I have attended MJ Live 3 out of 6 shows in Rosemont. They were very good, average, and below average in sequential order of the last three shows. The most recent show lacked the original voice quality of Michael Jackson impersonation. The MJ dance moves were virtually absent and the extended monologue was boring. I missed the former exciting chorography of the backup dancers and the Thriller routine was almost absent. I am waiting for the king to return.

GBChange in getting tickets/ customer service As a frequent Goldstar user, I would purchase tickets and get them when I purchased. This last time and the time before I did not get them until the date of the event. That is unsettling, especially when you are the purchaser for a group. Also, as a wheelchair user, I was able to email customer service and Goldstar worked with the venue to change my tickets to ensure accessibility and communicated with me via email. I never heard back from customer service so I contacted the venue directly. I hope this decrease in service is not due to the new naming of Goldstar. My previous ratings have been a 5.
