GBSyncwords was incredibly reliable Syncwords was incredibly reliable. We had over 40 instances where captioning was required during our event. We needed it for Keynote and breakout sessions. There were times we needed Syncword Captioners, times our client was providing captioners and times we needed to do ASR captioning. Kedar, our Syncwords rep, was incredibly on point and ready to adjust to our needs at a moments notice. Will not hesitate to use them again.
