GBA pleasant ending! I was unable to complete the purchase online. I had chosen PayPal as the pmt method but your vivid app apparently wouldn't let the payment go thru, Even tho it was listed as an option. So, I looked up the contact us number and called. The nicest lady with a really soft voice took me professionally and promptly thru the process. I was much easier than expected, ot that I'd ever experienced before in a similar situation.

GBIt was absolutely amazing It was absolutely amazing. The delta center staff and sl police department were top notch. Jo Koy was outstanding. I will return to enjoy other events that I’m interested in. I laughed like I have ever laughed in my life. I give my experience a A++++

GBI purchased tickets 4/28/24 and paid… I purchased tickets 4/28/24 and paid for instant transfer. They sent me 1 email saying my order was placed, then another email labeled "immediate action required" That said my order was confirmed and tickets delivered. This email told me any 3 of these other REAL TICKET COMPANIES will send me the actual tickets and I would have to sign up and make another account with them. Right then I knew this was a BS company. So 3 days pass and I don't receive my "instant delivery" tickets I paid for and I decide to cancel. I call and they refuse to give a refund because transaction has already been confirmed on their end. They still have 19 days to resell these tickets but they want to help me resell them so they can double down on fees on some BS tickets WHO KNOWS IF THEY EVEN EXIST?!?! GTFOH This company can go smoke a D

GBGodsmack was incredible as always Godsmack was incredible as always, my 4th time seeing them, but the venue sucked ass!! I could barely see the band. I will never go to an concert at Soaring Eagle Casino in Mt Pleasant MI again unless it's outside!!!
