GBGreat and honest company The concert with CeCe was awesome!!!!. It was spirit fill ,Holy Ghost atmosphere .She set the time. And this were my first time dealing With Vivid Seat production.yiur company made it so easy to asset my ticket with no problem..kudos !!.I would highly recommend this company to my friends.

GBSo my original tickets were canceled by… So my original tickets were canceled by the sender once I downloaded them. Then 1hr before it started they said ok no problem we will send you replacements in 5 minutes. Got absolutely NOTHING!!!! I want a god damn refund. Now they have to evaluate this. I demand a refund. Or I’m going to court.

GBA pleasant ending! I was unable to complete the purchase online. I had chosen PayPal as the pmt method but your vivid app apparently wouldn't let the payment go thru, Even tho it was listed as an option. So, I looked up the contact us number and called. The nicest lady with a really soft voice took me professionally and promptly thru the process. I was much easier than expected, ot that I'd ever experienced before in a similar situation.
