GBThe actual concert was amazing The actual concert was amazing. The extra service charge on my ticket of 50.00 was more than my individual ticket price for 1 seat was not cool. Next concert I will spend $ with some other company not yours!

GBA Day at theTexas Rangers Game It was an awesome experience! We were celebrating my son's 25th Birthday & all went well. The ticket purchase was easy. I had a few questions about downloading the tckts after I bought them & customer service representative was very helpful!

GBAbsolute fee robbery While I really enjoyed the game I attended, the add on administrative costs, $70 per ticket in my case x 3, is absolute robbery and not at all a fair value for the seller or the buyer. I would feel totally good about a 5-10% fee, but 40%?! How is this sh** even legal. Live events fees are reaching abusive levels and something needs to change.

GBThe seats were as advertised but the… The seats were as advertised but the costs added over and above the $400+ base price of the ticket were just egregious. Online sellers have got to be reigned in and it would be nice if Vivid seats was leading the change.
