GBHarvard Boston to New York The bus came on time for our departure and the driver was kind. He gave us enough time during our breaks. Though he came a little late for our return, the experience overall was great and he was very understanding.

GBTop Notch Customer Service! The customer service has been phenomenal! I have had a lot of trips to plan for my residents (I work at a senior community) and I have had nothing but positive experiences with every person I have worked with through Bus.com! I also appreciate the flexibility in change of itinerary (adding stops, changing dates, changing timing, changing the size of the bus, etc.) The vehicles have always been on time and the drivers very kind and easy to work with! It's taken a lot of stress out of planning trips!

CAIn August I was very excited to be… In August I was very excited to be going to Boots and hearts music festival for the first time. By doing the right thing and being responsible I thought bus.com would be a reputable company to get me to and from my hotel at a very high cost. The first night we took the “bus” home the bus was not able to transport because it got stuck in the mud. The second night as per the schedule of buses that I had ahead of time when we were ready to leave at the scheduled time there were no buses available. Not only will I never use this company again I most definitely do not recommend family or friends to waste their money on this as my experience was less then helpful.

GBRented two sprinter vans Rented two sprinter vans. One van followed the route correctly but the bus was dirty (used mask and water bottle); the other bus got lost twice and this group was not able to fulfill their objectives. Company provided a small discount for inconvience but apologies do not compensate for the fact that we couldn't complete our own business objectives. Businesses should understand that when they don't meet the stated goals, the customer should not have to pay.
