CAbuses were excellent The buses that were offered were excellent! The two bus drivers were careful and kind! The dispatcher at the office on the day of the activity was confused. It would have been nice to have BOTH drivers contact info. We had the day 1 driver's info, but not the returning day!

GBRented two sprinter vans Rented two sprinter vans. One van followed the route correctly but the bus was dirty (used mask and water bottle); the other bus got lost twice and this group was not able to fulfill their objectives. Company provided a small discount for inconvience but apologies do not compensate for the fact that we couldn't complete our own business objectives. Businesses should understand that when they don't meet the stated goals, the customer should not have to pay.

GBAmazing Customer Service and Quick Turnaround I want to say that as school principal of a community school, it can be difficult for us to procure affordable transportation that is also reliable. CAI booked with your company because I…wanted to leave early (8 a.m.) and it was easy to book with the company. I booked with your company because I needed to leave the school early in the morning (other bus companies can only leave at 9 a.m.), at 8 a.m., since the drive was long. The bus driver was 20-25 minutes late Since there was very little traffic, we would have arrived at our destination earlier and had more time to spend there. Also on the way back, he took the wrong turn, which made us come back very late as we got stuck in the construction traffic around the tunnel. Otherwise, it was very easy to book with the company and it was easy to get information from them.

GBPlease do not use this company Please do not use this company; Booked several months in advance. Accepted payment a month prior to departure date for large group and then cancelled reservation 2 weeks from departure. No contact when trying to call or email to resolve issue. Extremely unprofessional business and want to make sure no one has to be strung along with their money tied up. Edit: bus.com reply makes it sound like they promptly responded on June 8th when we contacted them for CONFIRMATION. They confirmed on June 8th our trip was good to go. Proceed with caution they can cancel your reservation for whatever reason they come up with, whenever they feel like it.
