We invited 30 guests to my adult son's birthday party and it was a huge success, not only because of the venue and location (corner st., upstairs, immaculate, comfortable, huge windows all around), but also because of Danielle our hostess. She was warm, gracious and very helpful. I will recommend this place to all my friends for their future events. Thank you Danielle. We all had a wonderful time. Great memories.

I love using Splacer as it is easy to find different and unique locations for my productions. I love using Splacer as it is easy to find the type of location per project criteria. And being able to filter and sort the properties by features is extremely helpful! I have had nothing but positive experiences on here!

It has been more than two weeks sent… It has been more than two weeks sent our space was rented and we have yet to be paid from Splacer. It's been a constant variety of excuses from them but still no payment. Feels very much like a scam.

Easy to Navigate I was pressed for time to find event space for my brother’s repast in lower Manhattan, for 40-50 people. I was able to filter my specific needs and focus on the spaces that met my criteria. The website is easy to navigate and it lists great event spaces to choose from. I am more than pleased with my selection and would definitely use my host and Splacer again.

Livermore location great for large gatherings. There were many venues to choose from, and being able to put in parameters helped to narrow down the choices. The communication was great and although we did not use it, the reminders that we could set up to send to our guests is a great idea.
