Worst service ever Worst service ever. We still haven’t been paid for renting our space yet Splacer has the money from our renter. We contacted Splacer multiple times for help with serious problems that occurred when the renter was there and they haven’t responded. We experienced vandalism, lying about how many people were going to be at our space and the place was a mess after they left. Splacer is such a scam!!!

Love Splacer I really enjoyed exploring with ease while using this user friendly website. I was in search of a small yet affordable venue to host a small family gathering and eventually stumbled upon one venue where my family and I had a good time. The property owner was truly nice, accommodating, and explained the rules carefully....Moreover, he was timely and honest about sending/receiving the security deposit and the place was as advertised when seeing it in person. Will be using this site from now on...Thanks Splacer.

The venue staff was incredibly cooperative, ensuring that everything we needed was ready and set up to perfection. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and supported. The space itself was charming and well-maintained, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere for our event. It was equipped with all the necessary items and amenities, making our brunch seamless and stress-free. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better venue for our farewell brunch. I highly recommend this venue for any event you may be planning. It's a hidden gem!

This is a perfect place For a small… This is a perfect place For a small celebration. We invited 30 guests to my adult son's birthday party and it was a huge success, not only because of the venue and location (corner st., upstairs, immaculate, comfortable, huge windows all around), but also because of Danielle our hostess. She was warm, gracious and very helpful. I will recommend this place to all my friends for their future events. Thank you Danielle. We all had a wonderful time. Great memories.
