Worst service ever Worst service ever. We still haven’t been paid for renting our space yet Splacer has the money from our renter. We contacted Splacer multiple times for help with serious problems that occurred when the renter was there and they haven’t responded. We experienced vandalism, lying about how many people were going to be at our space and the place was a mess after they left. Splacer is such a scam!!!

Everything was almost perfect Everything was almost perfect. Sadly, because the ac wasn't working or strong enough (its summertime in nyc which is humid and hot), it wasn't a great experience. The space itself was great however, 30 guests sweating in a humid photography studio ruins the vibe and it ruined all our snacks and made them stale.

Easy to Use, Quick Turnaround for Producers on a Tight Deadline I was all set to film a couple of interviews in L.A. when, a week before the shoot, one person said their home was being remodeled, and another simply lived too far away to make interviewing them convenient for our schedule. Google led me to Splacer, and within a few hours of putting in the requests, I'd booked two locations that were gorgeous and didn't break my budget. And the homeowners couldn't have been more accommodating. I highly recommend Splacer for filmmakers who are working on tight schedules with tighter budgets!
