Huge thank you… It seems like everyday we have complaints about our online purchases or even local businesses . Customer satisfaction appears to be an obsolete concept, BUT hold on! Wayfair is amazing in a great way!!! I recently had an issue with a seam in a cushion on a sofa I purchased from Wayfair . I thought perhaps I could get a replacement cushion , imagine my surprise when a brand new soda was delivered to my home. !!!! Wayfair, you went above and beyond and you deserve a huge thank you ! You have a huge fan in me!

Recalled beds and lousy customer service!!! A couple of months ago, I got a recall notice from Wayfair about two identical beds I had purchased. They directed me to send photos of the beds to another company, the manufacturer. This other company would then send me new parts and I would be expected to reconstruct the beds. I tried to return the beds for a refund, noting that I am old and taking apart/rebuilding beds would be very difficult. They refused. The manufacturer they directed me to, after extensive back-and-forth, says the beds are not part of the recall. Wayfair claims only one of these identical beds is being recalled and told me I had to work with the manufacturer to convince them! They have not explained how I am to know which bed would need to be rebuilt should I be able to convince the manufacturer they are wrong! I will never buy from Wayfair again!!!

I am done being a Wayfair customer I have purchased quite a few things from Wayfair over the years, I will not be purchasing anything else from them. My most recent order wasn't shipped out yet four weeks after placing the order. I called multiple times only to be told it will be going out "the next day". It never did. The last time I called they reached out to the shipper and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I cancelled the order. I was promised a full refund in 3-5 days. It's been six days and still no refund! I will have to dispute the purchase with PayPal. I am done with Wayfair!

Would not price adjust. Horrible customer service Would not price adjust. Order instruction is to send email but no one replied. Had to look for text chat option. Even then customer service is useless and game me a phone number, which I tried calling before emailing (no option to cancel as we’d like to get it at a specific time window).

Botched delivery/poor customer service I ordered a bed for a guest room weeks in advance to allow for plenty of time for delivery before it would be needed by visitors. The first delivery date comes and the delivery/assembly (white glove) shows up and they are missing pieces (I’m told they are missing the bolts to assemble). I speak with a Wayfair customer service agent who has little concern at all for my situation but does tell me they should be able to get the needed parts and deliver the bed the next week. Since I planned with a couple weeks to spare before the bed was needed this was an inconvenience but not the end of the world. Today the delivery/assembly team shows up (without the 30 minute advance call that they are supposed to provide) but indicates that now they don’t have the headboard for the bed. I talk to customer service again and am told they will need to reorder the headboard and it will be over a week until it can be delivered. I explained that I really need the bed in the next 5 days and ask if there is anything they can do to expedite the resolution to this issue since it is the second time they have made a mistake on their end. Again, customer service wasn’t even nice about it. In the end I just cancelled the order. At this point the unsuccessful deliveries have wasted 2 days of my time. Wayfair’s customer service offered nothing to ‘make it right’. I’ve used Wayfair many times over the last 4 years but the service has consistently gotten worse. I have a cart full of other furniture items that I was about to order but I think I’m going to look elsewhere after this frustrating experience.
