Fool me once... This is my second bad experience with Wayfair. My very first order was a silicon cooking mat that never arrived in spite of several contacts with customer service. I finally canceled it. This time I got an expensive solar lantern. It arrived full of rust while stating that it's galvanized-rustproofed.Customer service said the rust is a decoration put there on purpose and wanted $14.50 to send it back. Nobody galvanizes metal and then rusts it! I am not paying to return their junk! And I am not buying anything else from Wayfair ever!

They DO NOT offer 2 day shipping! They DO NOT offer 2 day shipping!! Your item(s) will take a week! They will lie to you that FedEx lost the package. FedEx will tell you Wayfair created the shipping label, but never gave them the package. You will speak directly with customer service and they will guarantee you will have the package in two days, to only get notification on the day you are supposed to receive the package, that it was just given to FedEx and you will receive the package a week from them (that makes 7 DAYS). Ordered the same item twice after I was lied to, as to where it was (still with Wayfair or lost with FedEx, both pointing fingers at each other. Bizarre.). ORDER YOUR ITEMS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. You will have a 50/50 chance that you will not get your items or it will take over 10 days. I see why they have filed for bankruptcy.

Huge thank you… It seems like everyday we have complaints about our online purchases or even local businesses . Customer satisfaction appears to be an obsolete concept, BUT hold on! Wayfair is amazing in a great way!!! I recently had an issue with a seam in a cushion on a sofa I purchased from Wayfair . I thought perhaps I could get a replacement cushion , imagine my surprise when a brand new soda was delivered to my home. !!!! Wayfair, you went above and beyond and you deserve a huge thank you ! You have a huge fan in me!

I actually have a commercial account… I actually have a commercial account which I have used to buy things for hotel and resort projects but NO MORE. I ordered two items so we could move my mom to a memory care facility and both items arrived late. I had to go out and purchase items locally to make the move happen as scheduled. When we finally received the late items and tried to return them Wayfair only wanted to refund a very small portion of the original purchase price, now I have two never opened boxes taking up room in my garage. The lesson here is unless you’re willing to wait for whenever your order get to you and you’re certain you’ll love it, then don’t order from Wayfair or a Wayfair company.

We ordered a desk on April 9 and were… We ordered a desk on April 9 and were given a delivery date 3 weeks later. After four weeks when it did not come I called customer service to find out that it was never shipped and they asked me to cancel the order and re-try ! No offer to fix this screw up. No notice, no follow up, and a lousy response. Lesson learned as this is nothing but a drop ship company and they merely take a cut on purchase price and rely on others to actually ship the product but NEVER actually follow up. Save yourself heart ache and DO NOT do business with this company.
