CAPoor quality, and deny warranty claims I purchased the natural escape mattress, which arrived in September 2020. My husband and I followed all of the care instructions, unpacking it immediately, and placing it on a high-quality boxspring. Unfortunately, we have never owned a lower quality mattress. Within the first year, it was clear that there were indents forming where we sleep. Again- we have followed all manufacturer instructions, and have treated our bed with care- we are of average height and weight. Nonetheless, we are left with a mattress that has developed bad indentations that are causing back pain, and are worsening. When we sent My Green Mattress photos of the worsening issue in 2022, we were told their team cannot see any indentations or visible defects, and denied us warranty coverage. Instead they offered us a 50% discount on a new mattress. So in response to our complaint that their mattress was defective, they denied our warranty claim and instead offered us the opportunity to give them more money for another defective product. Do not buy from My Green Mattress. Their product is of poor quality, and they do not follow through on their “20 year warranty”. After 3.5 years of owning their Natural Escape mattress, we have to go buy a replacement, as the problem continues to worsen, and our backs are in constant pain.

GBI love that it is 100% natural truly I love that it is 100% natural truly. Customer service was great. But my first delivery was wrong. Neither box that I received had "my green mattress" on it. Overall I am pleased with my purchase!

GBDeveloped divots after one year I was excited to buy my first "green" mattress. Unfortunately, 2 inch deep divots 8 inches in length appeared less than a year and a half later. I called and emailed customer service. The owner said my husband was too big/fat for the mattress I got. There were no recommended weights on the mattress descriptions and I had never purchased a mattress before. The owner was also supposed to call and come look at our mattress, but never did. Disappointed and will not buy from this company again.

GBSmooth processing but firmer than advertised The ordering process and shipping were great. However I purchased the one sided echo twin mattress for my spare bedroom and it is supposed to be a 7 out of 10 for firmness according to the company, but while I definitely prefer a firm bed (and also have a Stearns and Foster luxury firm mattress and I would rate that one a 7 of 10), I’d rate the echo mattress a 9 of 10 (it was a 10 out of 10 out of the box but softened up a little bit after a few weeks use). I am looking for solutions to soften it up more, but by the time I potentially purchase an expensive topper to help, the cost will end up in a place where I would have just bought something else. Green Mattress does offer a topper, but even when discounted it is very pricey, so looking elsewhere and trying to keep it “green”

GBMattress nice, but the shipping experience... The mattress is nice. However, the company doesn't have their own shipping company. The mattress was shipped by FEDEX. They left it in front of your house. You have to do the rest like moving the new one to the bedroom, then wrapping and removing the old one yourself.
