Shortly after placing my order, I realized that my shipping address was incorrect, and it should’ve been the same as the billing address. Even though it was my fault, I was thrilled to get everything quickly straightened out that same day! Gotta love a quick reply and a quick delivery with a touch of positivity!

Overall, very pleased with this toy store… I have tried many other online toy stores over the past year, and so far, this one has become my go-to! Incredible customer service that is willing to go above and beyond (actually cares about collectors), quick In-Stock shipping, super cool presentation with packaging, and loved that I could track everything with the Shop App!

I wrote mail to website twice but till now no reply, very bad experience I never met ever before. If you don't want to lose money you should consider again to buy at the website.

I've reached out to their company on… I've reached out to their company on several occasions, in an attempt to follow up on the status of my order being shipped, and heard nothing back from anyone. Totally unprofessional. Their customer service and sincerity is a fraud. Not only will I personally never use them ever again; but will also not recommend them to anyone else.
