I wrote mail to website twice but till now no reply, very bad experience I never met ever before. If you don't want to lose money you should consider again to buy at the website.

Placed a pre-order in January Placed a pre-order in January, Hasbro site showed the figure was released 4/8/23. It's for sale all over Ebay. When I contacted them, a pat email stated a response in 24-48 hours. When I never received anything, I tried again a week later. Still nothing! I had to go through PayPal in order to receive a refund from these fraudulent sellers! Horrible experience! DO NOT TRY TO BUY FROM THIS STORE! IT SEEMS LIKE A TOTAL SCAM! It's even labeled as scam on some sites!

It started out like some others on here where they bought an item and had a shipping label printed out and that was it for over a few days. I run a business and had to send this person a new figure so I used this company. After so many days I decided to call my bank and dispute the payment and I received a refund then they shipped the item to the correct address plus gave a gift pack for the inconvenience!! It was packed awesome and so were the figures so they came back and rectified the situation all the way through. Should have a phone number to call for issues instead of just an email. These guys are the best!!! I will not shop on Amazon anymore for my Star Wars collection. Kyle and Tom are a father and son business and they obviously care about their customers unlike the others. Thanks guys!!!

I've reached out to their company on… I've reached out to their company on several occasions, in an attempt to follow up on the status of my order being shipped, and heard nothing back from anyone. Totally unprofessional. Their customer service and sincerity is a fraud. Not only will I personally never use them ever again; but will also not recommend them to anyone else.

Not only was Kyle the kindest emailer I've ever met, but after expressing worry over my order, he even OVERcompensated to make sure I was at ease and satisfied with my purchase. He completely obliterated and exceeded my expectations. The figures came in superb, mint condition, with triple bubble wrap, WRAPPING PAPER, STICKERS, and air-cushion packaging ALL THE WAY AROUND the inside of the box AND at the BOTTOM of the box as well. This was the most care I have ever seen. Not only this, but there was also a SIGNED LETTER from the father and son duo thanking me for my business. This will definitely be the place I look first for my figures for the best service and safest shipping. CRAAAZZYYY AMAZING AND LEGENDARYY!!!
