I wrote mail to website twice but till now no reply, very bad experience I never met ever before. If you don't want to lose money you should consider again to buy at the website.

I've reached out to their company on… I've reached out to their company on several occasions, in an attempt to follow up on the status of my order being shipped, and heard nothing back from anyone. Totally unprofessional. Their customer service and sincerity is a fraud. Not only will I personally never use them ever again; but will also not recommend them to anyone else.

Not only was Kyle the kindest emailer I've ever met, but after expressing worry over my order, he even OVERcompensated to make sure I was at ease and satisfied with my purchase. He completely obliterated and exceeded my expectations. The figures came in superb, mint condition, with triple bubble wrap, WRAPPING PAPER, STICKERS, and air-cushion packaging ALL THE WAY AROUND the inside of the box AND at the BOTTOM of the box as well. This was the most care I have ever seen. Not only this, but there was also a SIGNED LETTER from the father and son duo thanking me for my business. Avoid Crazy Collecting! Do NOT order from this store! They will charge you and not ship the item nor will they respond to any communication you send them regarding the status of your order. I ordered something from them back in December and am unable to hear anything from them regarding my order I paid for.
