I've reached out to their company on… I've reached out to their company on several occasions, in an attempt to follow up on the status of my order being shipped, and heard nothing back from anyone. Totally unprofessional. Their customer service and sincerity is a fraud. Not only will I personally never use them ever again; but will also not recommend them to anyone else.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I pre-ordered a figure in July of last year. Not only did I not receive said figure, but I have made several attempts to reach out to them with no response (besides their obvious auto response you get for e-mailing them). I also have not received a refund for my pre-order. By the way this was my first (and last) time dealing with this company. Needless to say I definitely won't be using this company again, or recommending anyone else does.

Avoid Crazy Collecting! Do NOT order from this store! They will charge you and not ship the item nor will they respond to any communication you send them regarding the status of your order. I ordered something from them back in December and am unable to hear anything from them regarding my order I paid for.

No communication whatsoever No communication whatsoever, no updates on my order either. They haven't posted anything on their socials for months and contacting them gets 0 replies back. I'll probably refund my order soon. UPDATE: My item has been shipped. Still no communication however but I'm a bit relieved now.
