Quick fix We received our first order of pack packs and realized that one of them was not what we had ordered. Per the order transaction, this was my error. After speaking with the company, they graciously mailed the correct one we needed asap, free of charge! My son is so happy and loves his replacement!

Too small The purchase it self was a really long time coming. Then when it finally came the item was smaller then described. I have to return it. I saw another item that I like. However, it took nearly a month to receive this one. So no thanks. Dorothy

Got my sons birthday outfit and it was a size too small and Mayoulove was able to send me another package with the correct size and let us keep the first package.
