GBAmazing customer service and prompt… Amazing customer service and prompt response. I accidentally ordered the wrong set and I emailed right away. I received an answer almost immediately and they confirmed it would be no problem to fix the order. Amazing service and my daughter loves her backpack set!!!

GBUpdate Update: still haven’t heard anything from mayoulove yet nor did we get the backpack . I have notice that some people are saying they have received good customer service from this company or have some sort of contact with the company. My question is if why aren’t you assisting other reach this company to resolve their issues? Like email or contact information. Unless it’s no truth to your comment. I’m just asking.

GBLove them! First of all, super cute merchandise. We had a few hiccups with shipping especially since things are so crazy right now. Customer Service was right on it and extremely helpful! I was even given a credit for merchandise that was not received by a certain date which really was out of their control. Ultimately the merchandise got here, the kids absolutely loved it and it was a big hit! I will definitely be buying more stuff from them and recommending them to others…

GBOrdered on December 2nd for Christmas… Ordered on December 2nd for Christmas gift for my granddaughter and today is December 21st. I have tried several emails to get an idea of when I can expect the order and not one response. Very disappointed and I would not recommend doing business with this company. I would rate them a minus star review. I doubt that I will ever see my order.

GBIf I could give this business NO stars… If I could give this business NO stars I would. Everyone who has written a great review are not real customers. I reached out multiple times (3) about my order ( a space jam book bag and lunchbox) Never heard anything back. I had to call my bad no and dispute the transaction. This company is a total ripoff and needs to be sued.
