GBThis web site is highly overpriced, and I mean 100% higher prices than the same item offered on Amazon site I placed the order for a RC Dump Truck with Hauler at Smart Kids Planet web page ($96.99 USD) and checked also if Amazon has the same toy in their inventory. To my surprise yes, they have it (same manufacturer) for the price of $49. After seeing this big discrepancy in price i wrote the e-mail to Smart Kids Planet requesting cancellation of the order. Did not get an answer from them but i got and e-mail today that the shipment of the toy is on the way. Their web page does not provide telephone number where i could call and cancel order.

GBDonna was extremely helpful and quick… Donna was extremely helpful and quick resolving an issue I had with a missing piece. Per the instructions I had contacted the manufacturer directly, Delta Children, and went months without hearing back from them. I decided to reach out to Smart Kids and ask for their help in resolving the issue, and Donna immediately responded and corrected the issue. My son finally got to use his Xmas gift :) THANK YOU DONNA!
