Donna was extremely helpful and quick… Donna was extremely helpful and quick resolving an issue I had with a missing piece. Per the instructions I had contacted the manufacturer directly, Delta Children, and went months without hearing back from them. I decided to reach out to Smart Kids and ask for their help in resolving the issue, and Donna immediately responded and corrected the issue. My son finally got to use his Xmas gift :) THANK YOU DONNA!

This web site is highly overpriced, and I mean 100% higher prices than the same item offered on Amazon site I placed the order for a RC Dump Truck with Hauler at Smart Kids Planet web page ($96.99 USD) and checked also if Amazon has the same toy in their inventory. To my surprise yes, they have it (same manufacturer) for the price of $49. After seeing this big discrepancy in price i wrote the e-mail to Smart Kids Planet requesting cancellation of the order. Did not get an answer from them but i got and e-mail today that the shipment of the toy is on the way. Their web page does not provide telephone number where i could call and cancel order.

Great Products and Outstanding Customer Service I love the great selection of products at Smart Kids Planet. In particular, I was impressed by the after-purchase customer service that I had with D.W., who was an amazing representative. She helped me sort through the alternative options, and she was persistently helpful to ensure that I had a great purchase experience. I appreciate her and the extra effort and attention to detail that she gave to me.

BEWARE - SCAM! YES, A SCAM!!!. You buy the product from them at an inflated price, then they send it to you via Amazon with a gift receipt. That is so you don't notice that you paid them much more than they in turn paid Amazon.

Double the Price and Delivered as a Gift At first I thought I had found a one stop shopping place for stem related toys. Later I discovered that this is a business that appears to take photos of well-made stem toys and rename them so they cannot be identified as a product available on amazon. After you order and pay on the Smart Kids website, they appear to place an order for the items on amazon and have them shipped to you as a gift (gift receipt is in box). They charge a little more than double the amazon price. When the items have been/or are being delivered by amazon, Smart Kids sends you a text saying, "A driver needs help delivering your Amazon order. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts for Amazon deliveries," followed by the text, "Hi, I'll be arriving with your delivery soon. Please secure pets if you have them and turn on a light if it's dark. Thanks!" When you respond to ask a question, like where was this delivered, you receive this response: "your message was not delivered because the texting session has expired. For help, please contact customer service." This was 1 minute after the text was received. Because 2 boxes were delivered, I received two of these "Amazon" texts. They were clearly not from Amazon. I'm not sure if that is an illegal practice or not. I was so disappointed in this company's ethics. Also, when you are emailing them, the correspondence goes to a shopify.com address which is not the email title that comes in as a contact address from smartkidsplanet.com. Could this mean there is a scam happening? Their website says they are three geeky parents from California who wanted to fill in a gap in smart toys purchasing. To help parents get better quality STEM items, etc. But in reality, they operate as a group disguising the items' real names, and costs, ultimately, so that they can order them for you at more than double the cost, and mail them to you as a "gift". The buyer does not know the real scheme being used and cannot price compare. I was heartbroken to see the type of company this is. I encourage you not to order from them, unless you are okay with paying double plus. I felt so misled by this company (or whoever I was dealing with), that I asked them to refund all of my money.
