Buyer beware!!! Buyer beware!, I bought the Elenco solar bot 14.1 for my grandson’s birthday from this company and it lists for $62.99 without free shipping on the company’s web site. However, the same exact product lists from $24.99 to $39.99 on other sites, some with free shipping. Plus, the email acknowledging that the product has shipped states that it is being shipped by Amazon, which has the same item on sale for $24.99! Why is the price difference twice as much? It appears that the company is charging an inordinate amount to then order the same item from Amazon for half the price! No option to cancel.

BEWARE - SCAM! YES, A SCAM!!!. You buy the product from them at an inflated price, then they send it to you via Amazon with a gift receipt. That is so you don't notice that you paid them much more than they in turn paid Amazon.

Excellent Customer Service I purchased the Eco Friendly International Wooden Music Set for my granddaughter. All the instruments were perfect and high quality with the exception of the xylophone, which had one key that was flat. I contacted customer service and Donna responded to me within a few hours. She had already shipped out a new set! In her email she also included a shipping label for me to return the set with the faulty xylophone. I received the new set so quickly—in three business days! The new xylophone works perfectly and I know my granddaughter is going to love it and have so much fun with this set. I am so thankful to Donna for her prompt and friendly response and handling my issue beautifully!

This web site is highly overpriced, and I mean 100% higher prices than the same item offered on Amazon site I placed the order for a RC Dump Truck with Hauler at Smart Kids Planet web page ($96.99 USD) and checked also if Amazon has the same toy in their inventory. To my surprise yes, they have it (same manufacturer) for the price of $49. After seeing this big discrepancy in price i wrote the e-mail to Smart Kids Planet requesting cancellation of the order. Did not get an answer from them but i got and e-mail today that the shipment of the toy is on the way. Their web page does not provide telephone number where i could call and cancel order.

Per the instructions I had contacted the manufacturer directly, Delta Children, and went months without hearing back from them. I decided to reach out to Smart Kids and ask for their help in resolving the issue, and Donna immediately responded and corrected the issue. My son finally got to use his Xmas gift :) THANK YOU DONNA!
