Arrived and happy Ordered there two times already and so far all packages arrived safely. The products were as advertized, only one seam was slightly imperfect but alright considering the price. Took over a week each time but as long as it arrives I'm happy. Was also faster than other comparable plush shops online.

Got Exactly What I Wanted And It Only Took 10 Days My plushie arrived ten days from the date of shipment, which surprised me since it was in the middle of Chinese New Year. The plushie came safely vacuum-packed and puffed up to its proper size in minutes and is amazingly soft and squishy as advertised. No issues with the sewing or stuffing at all. Would easily buy from Mewaii again.

Cute Quality Plushes I'm seeing a lot of references to TikTok and "Live" in these reviews and I can't speak to any of that... but I purchased directly from their website on 3 separate occasions and have had no issues. The shipping does take a while (coming from China to US) but it does come eventually and has decent tracking. The plushies are soft and high quality. It takes a day or two for them to fully fluff up after being vacuum-packed.

I love this store I have ordered several items from this store and each one has been super soft and cute on top of being a fair price even without the frequent sales. In the one fluke experience that I had a small concern the customer service was quick and friendly and it was resolved without any issue.
