GBGood products and response time, but shipping issues My first order from Mewaii came on time as expected in November. My second order on December 7 had very delayed tracking information. Customer service did get back to me very promptly each interaction. I requested a refund multiple times but they did not respond to that; instead they sent me a replacement shipment that did come in a timely fashion. The first shipment also eventually got here but tracking info was completely off. I did not have to return the first shipment. The products are good, order was accurate, and customer service was responsive. Sounds from other reviews like their third-partner logistics company and tracking is less-than-stellar, especially during the holiday season.

PLGood product. Timely shipping. Ordered for Christmas gift and product arrived in time. Very good product. Registering for an account allowed me to get very detailed shipping information for my orders. The only downside: their contact email doesn't seem to work. Initially I didn't register an account, and couldn't find tracking information. Registering using the same email address I placed the order with solved the problem.

SEGreat quality squishy plush The quality of the plush are amazing. I love the fabric, design and stuffing. In my opinion it is as close to a squishmallow as you can get, without it being a squishmallow. Except these come at affordable prices and always provide good discounts at every purchase. Mewaii plushies have become my favourite brand of plushies and I look forward to every single addition to my collection.

CAI love this store I have ordered several items from this store and each one has been super soft and cute on top of being a fair price even without the frequent sales. In the one fluke experience that I had a small concern the customer service was quick and friendly and it was resolved without any issue. I highly recommend this store and will be continuing to buy here for both myself and my loved ones.

GBUnimpressed, long wait time Ordered on 11/24/23, they waited a week to ship, and I never received until 1/5/24. Tracking would just stop for weeks at a time. Customer service kept asking me to be patient. Once received, I was disappointed in the capybara I purchased. Threads hanging and smaller than I was expecting (I paid for a 15”, this measures about 11”. No tags stitched in, no hang tags. This having been 50% off, between the plushie and the shipping cost I paid about $30. This is worth about $10. Never again. Don’t waste your money. Amazon didn’t have the exact design I wanted, and I was under the impression this was buying directly from the manufacturer. I should have done a bit more research.
