Ordered over a month ago for somebody… Ordered over a month ago for somebody for Christmas, still hasn't arrived and they told me they'll try to expedite it since IT HASN'T EVEN LEFT THE WAREHOUSE! They’re okay I ordered two sets for family for Christmas presents well in advance to make sure it would get here on time. One of the sets got here with no issue. The other one was reported lost by the mail carrier. When I inquired about it asking if would send another one, they told me not to worry about it and to contact them in 6 weeks if I hadn’t received it. Two months later I get an obscure box in the mail with all of the pieces in a single bag, no instructions. My other set came nicely separated by brick type with decent Instructions. For the price I was expecting a little better but my family members loved their sets, even though one was a Valentine’s Day present instead of a Christmas present

Order placed 12/9 Update: Vendor has confirmed package will arrive 1/19, and was helpful and pleasant over the last week attempting to iron out the delivery situation. I've changed the rating to reflect the improved customer service and the attention to my delivery issue. Order placed 12/9. Tracking says it's not even in the United States yet, and that it didn't get sent to be mailed out until 12/26. No contact from the company regarding the delay, or anything at all, until I was asked to write this review in an email today. Would likely not order from this vendor again.

Great company, great customer service This item was won from a FB post. While I didn’t purchase it they still went above and beyond on making sure that my set was personalized to look like my dog since there was not already a set like him on the website. I will be purchasing from them in the future as gifts for family members.
