I ordered a custom doggo for my adult… I ordered a custom doggo for my adult son's birthday. I was looking for a unique and personal gift. He has loved Legos since he was a kid so when I saw this, i knew it would be a perfect gift. United-Doggo worked with me to get it just right. I ordered it before Christmas, and it took a little longer to receive the final product than I hoped, but it was well worth the wait. We both love his Lego doggo. It looks just like his beloved pet and friends and family love it too. Aside from our satisfaction with the final product, the exceptional customer service is what really sold me to recommend this company. Love my poodle So I have to say I had to have my boyfriend put it together I am not one to follow instructions like the one in the book. He has never did lego’s before and a few times did run into some snags but most of all the end results are awesome.. wish you had videos so people could look up on when they are stuck somewhere. Also want to say they give plenty of parts which is awesome dont have to worry about dropping a piece or not having enough they give plenty and thats a plus. We were told on December 9th We were told on December 9th, when we purchased 2 dogs for $219.98, that you would get them to us, for our two grandchildren, for Christmas and they finally arrived on January 19th. A disappointment for all however they can still make them and hopefully be pleased later. TTR

Great company, great customer service This item was won from a FB post. While I didn’t purchase it they still went above and beyond on making sure that my set was personalized to look like my dog since there was not already a set like him on the website. I will be purchasing from them in the future as gifts for family members.

Professional customer service Although I got a speedy delivery, unfortunately, the kit had some damages to it. I’m not sure if it has been due to the mishandling by the delivery guy or shipped with the damages straight from the company. However, once complained through their live chat, the kit got replaced by them super quick, and I got another in the same week. I can’t thank them enough for their professional customer service, and my experience with them was wonderful, to say the least. I ordered the Poodle building kit as my little one pointed that out when I was ordering, and I never saw her happier in the last few weeks during this lockdown.
