Delivery times are good for gel blasters guns but for smaller items like gels, it still comes from China even if it says "Aus Stock" and takes longer to be delivered. Customer Support is good for email questions. I have not tried returning items so cannot comment on how they handle complaints and returns.

Some older stock advertised is not available, message them to check. I recently (2020) made an order with zhenduo. The order arrived but it was incorrect as some of the advertised items, in my case 3 x scorpion evo 3 mags, were no longer in stock or available at all in fact. I was eventually refunded after wasting some time with reviews. Message them to confirm if you are buying older gelblaster gear. Please revise your item description and catagorization in the online shop.

I was told that it would take 3 weeks… I was told that it would take 3 weeks for the item to get from China to my home in Australia. It actually took 3 weeks to get on a plane to leave China (which, of course, was blamed on Coronavirus, but several other parcels I had ordered from China left China within 5-10 days of shipping). Pretty slow shipping so allow more time than they tell you. Fortunately once it was actually on a plane, the rest of the journey took another 10 days, so it still arrived in time for Christmas.

Shipping taking forever…. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks since I ordered parts for a blaster for about $50. Tracking stopped updating me after the package was received by the airline carrier, I messaged Zhenduo Toys’ messenger about this issue and they replied with “we are glad you had a positive experience”. I am starting to feel like this website is a scam so y’all watch out. I just want the packages I paid for.

The order was also separated into two packages due to weight and according to parcelsapp the days in transit are; 1st package = 17days to UK 2nd package = 18days to UK 2nd package took over one week to update, I thought it got lost in transit.
