Two orders... Still haven't got anything they've sent... First order never arrived ... Tracking showed it was taken by customs seller said post had ceased (despite a friend ordering the exact same type of item a day or 2 after me and receiving his) Second time was ordered May 29th sent out on June 4th and has not had any shipping updates since (it's now June 24 so 20 days) ... They have no interest in helping to locate the item which is now well beyond how long it should take but apparently this is normal.

Could have had better tracking and communication to update the customer on where the order is at, rather than simply chasing a review (when the items have not even been received yet) All in all, everything I ordered arrived safely so no real complaints...

Great Commpany! Bought a 1911 and m16 gel blaster, great customer service. Cheapest website to buy them. Only dissapointing thing was the shipping time nut its understandable beacause its overseas. Definitley shopping here again!

Every time I've ordered from the… Every time I've ordered from the company it's all come from China instead of Australian warehouse. Item travels around China for minimum 10 days before they decide to ship to destination country, but in saying that it also travels to Australia via USA. Extremely unhappy with the service. Would give zero stars if possible
