Baby dresser, crib and mattress I found a dresser, crib and mattress on Bambi Baby's website and called to inquire about their availability. Customer service was excellent! Messages were always returned in a timely fashion with accurate information provided. I ended up placing the order, but didn't want the furniture delivered for a few months. This was no problem. Customer service placed a note in the file and called me when the furniture was scheduled to be delivered to confirm the delivery. The furniture arrived very fast and for free! The product is of great quality. I would definitely do business with them again!

Be Prepared to Wait - 17 weeks for order to arrive We ordered a crib, toddler gate, and nightstand in mid-April. Were told we would receive it in 10-12 weeks. It took over 17 weeks, which as a new parent, was extremely frustrating as it came 2 weeks after the baby was born. I called 3 times about it, and each time was assured the order was "on its way." The people on the phone were quite nice, but it should not have taken this long. Fairly disappointed after spending over $3k for high-quality materials; it should have been a better experience.

Excellent company and product. Excellent sales support and customer service. Dresser arrived ahead of schedule, approx. 2-1/2 weeks earlier than the competitors. UPS delivered the large package to my front door. Excellent heavy duty packaging. Minimal assembly was required (less than 15 minutes). Construction and furniture finish is second to none. It's always nerve racking spending thousands of dollars online and wondering how the furniture will arrive and if it will be the quality your expected. Fantastic Experience I went in to day to ask questions about gliders, strollers and car seats. I chose to drive to their Paramus location because I follow the company on IG and that looked like the biggest store with the most options to try out and see how we liked them. I was amazed at how awesome the customer service was. We asked a lot of questions and the owner directed us to the right options for our lifestyle and needs. They also weren't pushy about insisting we buy today, they allowed us to take down production information so we can compare our options. It was a class in baby needs. We will definitely be purchasing from them and look forward to going back for the rest of our baby furniture needs.
