UPS delivered the large package to my front door. Excellent heavy duty packaging. Minimal assembly was required (less than 15 minutes). Construction and furniture finish is second to none. Amazing!! I cannot say enough good things. After choosing a set that had been discontinued my heart was so heavy after searching everywhere local possible to get the nursery set. Bambi Baby was able to find all the pieces I wanted but 1. Everything arrived here in Louisville with 0 damage. Best customer service I've ever had!

Baby dresser, crib and mattress I found a dresser, crib and mattress on Bambi Baby's website and called to inquire about their availability. Customer service was excellent! Messages were always returned in a timely fashion with accurate information provided. I ended up placing the order, but didn't want the furniture delivered for a few months. This was no problem. Customer service placed a note in the file and called me when the furniture was scheduled to be delivered to confirm the delivery. The furniture arrived very fast and for free! The product is of great quality. I would definitely do business with them again!

Delivery was a nightmare Delivery was a nightmare Order was shipped via Nonstop Delivery and that name couldn’t be more wrong. It took more than month and then it ended up being damaged in transit and I didn’t learn that until I called. Next one came via UPS freight in a reasonable time.

They let us know what was going on… They let us know what was going on every step of the way while we were waiting on our furniture to arrive. The folks that scheduled the deliveries were very polite and professional. Scheduling the deliveries was easy and they showed up when they said they would. I would recommend them to everyone!
