22 Missing Pieces - Puzzle #71936 Last Swim of Summer in… Puzzle #71936 Last Swim of Summer in the Hometown Gallery series had 22 missing pieces 4 were edge pieces and the rest were missing in various places throughout the puzzle. I have never had pieces missing from a brand new jigsaw puzzle and I have been doing jigsaw puzzles for 40+ years. This was extremely disappointing and annoying. I sent MasterPieces an email using the email provided on its website and the email bounced back as an invalid email address. The puzzle sells for $18.99 which is outrageous, especially for such a poor quality product. I will never buy another Master Pieces Inc. puzzle.

I contacted the company the next day… I contacted the company the next day after placing my order to let them know I ordered 2 of the same puzzle and wanted to replace one before they shipped. I got no response and now have 2 of the same puzzle and they want me to pay shipping to send it back. Not a happy customer.

Excellent! The ordering process was smooth and easy. They shipped my order but at first the tracking info wouldn't work. When I figured out it was shipped by FedEx not USPS, the number worked and I actually received it a day early. Customer Service was fast with their response when I asked where my order was.
