Excellent! The ordering process was smooth and easy. They shipped my order but at first the tracking info wouldn't work. When I figured out it was shipped by FedEx not USPS, the number worked and I actually received it a day early. Customer Service was fast with their response when I asked where my order was.

Starry Night star I read all the reviews and I was surprised. My first experience with masterpieces was great I had bought the thousand piece Starry night and I love the feel of the linen type piece it was a hard puzzle but every piece was there and it looked great. The reason I got on this post is because I also have from Goodwill a 550 piece Grand Canyon from masterpieces and the puzzle pieces aren’t as nice they’re thin, shiny, odd large shapes and flimsy I don’t know if they’ve change the way they’re doing things since this is older than the previous one. I haven’t finished it so I don’t know if there any pieces missing but if they are I can’t blame the company since I got it from Goodwill.

I contacted the company the next day… I contacted the company the next day after placing my order to let them know I ordered 2 of the same puzzle and wanted to replace one before they shipped. I got no response and now have 2 of the same puzzle and they want me to pay shipping to send it back. Not a happy customer.

Amazing customer service… I bought a birdhouse and a bird feeder kit from MasterPieces to work on with my grandchild. The birdhouse was smooth sailing and I was impressed with the quality. When we opened the bird feeder there was a part missing. I reached out and heard back the same day. A week later the replacement part arrived. A few weeks later we started building it and unfortunately the replacement part was the wrong size. I sent an email and within an hour I got a reply. Unfortunately there were no other replacement parts so the company arranged to send a new kit. I’ve never worked with a company that replies so quickly and does what it takes to solve the problem. I will definitely shop with this company again.
