Horrendous Customer Service- Decent Product See below for original review but UPDATE in Mid june is that I recieved my order and it was good enough (although unfinsihed at the back of the base). Not a scam but they need to improve their communication I placed my order in April and currently have 10 unanswered messages regarding the status of product. I have to believe this is a scam company and am logging a fraud charge with my credit card

Great Product! I have ordered from Figure Bobblehead two times and have been very happy with the results. The artists work very hard on the likeness and consult with you constantly. They are always willing to make adjustments until you are satisfied. I highly recommend this company!

I was pleasantly surprised!!! I was pleasantly surprised that my bobblehead really looked like my son and daughter in law as it was a Christmas gift for them and because I ordered late I chose not to see their finished product, but to hurry it up to be delivered.
